A diversified American steel company. The organization expanded through acquisitions of companies such as Auburn Steel, Birmingham Steel, Corus Tuscaloosa, and others.

The main division of the company is the production and sale of steel sheets, rods and pipes. The company also specializes in the production of grilles, rebars, steel beams, wire and similar products. Additionally, scrap metal is processed and natural gas is extracted. Electric arc furnaces are used for melting scrap. Through its subsidiary, David J. Joseph Company, the organization conducts brokerage operations with ferrous and non-ferrous metals, supplies ferroalloys, and processes ferrous and non-ferrous scrap.

Products are in demand in the automotive, agricultural, construction, energy, oil and gas and other industries. The company produces heavy equipment for special equipment and infrastructure elements.
