The third largest construction company in the United States, ranked 312th in the Fortune 500. It designs and builds luxury real estate, having already mastered 44 construction markets in 23 States. Over the past two decades, the corporation has expanded significantly by absorbing already well-known construction brands: Divosta, Radnor Homes, Dell Web, Centex, and others.

The company invests heavily in the acquisition and development of land plots. It provides a 10-year warranty on new real estate designs. The company's clients have the right to expect free service of housing during the warranty period.
