An american financial asset management and business process company for educational, medical and government institutions. It operates at the federal, state and local levels. The company owns the largest portfolio of private and federal student loans. Its client base is more than 10 million people, and the staff is about 6 thousand employees in 10 countries.

The company offers its borrowers three options for repaying a loan: standard, graduated and extended. Here, the total maturities and the amount of the monthly payment based on the client’s income vary.

The company services loans issued under the Federal Family Education Loan Program. She conducts private student loans through the financial organization Earnest, which joined the corporation in 2017. The company has a subsidiary Pioneer Credit Recovery Inc. This is a third-party debt collection agency for government agencies and student loan providers. Another subsidiary of Xtend Healthcare is known as a provider of end-to-end solutions for increasing the profitability of hospitals and healthcare systems.
