NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sierra Income Corporation (“Sierra” or the “Company”) today announced that effective as of May 1, 2020 its Board of Directors has terminated its previously announced mergers with Medley Capital Corporation (“MCC”) and Medley Management Inc.
