North America's largest trucking company, which together with its subsidiaries provides cargo transportation services in the United States, Mexico and Canada. Its fleet includes 23,000 trucks and 77,000 trailers, refrigerated trucks, on-Board and specialized trailers, and intermodal containers. The total staff of the holding company is 28,000 employees.
The company operates in three areas: road transport, logistics and intermodal services. In 2020, the logistics division introduced DAT Solutions, an automated cargo transportation technology. The holding's support services include repair, maintenance and warranty services, insurance and leasing of equipment, and manufacturing of trailer parts. The company undertakes full support of the cargo to the final destination.
The holding includes independent subsidiaries. One of them, Barr-Nunn Transportation, in addition to delivering bulk cargo, sells trucks.
