The common stock dividend will be payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 16, 2021 and will be paid on September 15, 2021, except that if the Companys pending merger with Equity Commonwealth is completed prior to September 15, 2021, the dividend payment will be accelerated and paid immediately prior to the effective time of the merger.
