As of the end of 2019, the company owned shares in 125 buildings in the city, their total area is 4.3 million square meters. the corporation cooperates with leading retail brands: Puma, Adidas, Pharmacy, Diesel, Dolce & Gabbana, Warby Parker, etc.

The company owns the 67-story one Vanderbilt skyscraper built in 2019 next to new York Central station, most of which is already leased for restaurants and offices of various organizations.
